- Paper: cardboard (flattened) office paper, newspaper, magazines
- Plastic containers: bottles, tubs, jugs, and jars with lids closed
Unacceptable Materials
- No plastic bags
- No plastic wraps
- No clothing
- No large items: electronics, wood, propane tanks, scrap metal, Styrofoam
- No cartons: juice, milk, frozen food
- No food, liquid, diapers, batteries, or needles
- No ropes, hoses, wires, cords, chains, or hangers
- No shredded paper
- No Styrofoam: egg cartons, cups, packing peanuts, or take-out containers
